5 years of figuring out what actually works in SEO, and burning through what doesn't.
Most people in SEO have never built anything from scratch. I started at 13, in Quetta, Pakistan, with no agency to learn from and no connections. Just trial and error and a lot of staying up late.
I almost quit. The tactics weren't working. Random blogs, DR chasing, keyword stuffing — I was doing what everyone told me to do. And it wasn't moving leads for my clients. Then I built a system instead of following tactics.
The 3-Month Scale System came from that. Every part of it exists because I tested it, broke it, and rebuilt it. A therapy service went from 3 leads a month to 30. A recruitment agency went from zero to 15 monthly sign-ups. This is the system.
I run two agencies now. A small team of 5. We work with B2B founders internationally — New York, London, across industries. I take calls at 2AM because of the timezone. I don't complain about it. That's the job.
→ Traffic without conversions is a vanity metric
→ Most SEO agencies are selling retainers, not results
→ Your money pages matter more than your blog
→ 8 relevant backlinks beat 100 random ones every time
→ Every piece of content must have a purpose in the customer journey
→ 90 days is enough to prove whether this works
